Fatties from Sat morning

I did a couple of fatties Sat morning. One was Jimmy Dean Maple flavored with Dizzy Dust, the other Bob Evans with Tsunami Spin. Cooked at 275 for about 1 hour 15 minutes direct on a raised grid with a drip pan until internal reached 160 BOTH were great. I chopped up the maple flavored and used in a breakfast cassserole. Will attach pics if i can get it to work.
