Three Days, Three Egg Meals

This has been a productive cooking week so far.
On Monday, we had some chicken breasts with Shakes Rub cooked direct over Tabasco Chips. Very Tasty.
On Tuesday, we had simple burgers. They were even the pre-made kind. I actually used the Ed DeBevic’s seasoning packet that came with them. I grilled them at high temperatures and they came out great.[p]Last Night was a new one for me, Pulled Pork Hash. I had some leftover PP in the freezer. I diced up some potatoes and onions. I fried them in a cast iron skillet until they were almost done. I then added the frozen pulled pork with some Worcestershire Sauce and JJ’s rub for flavor. I served it with some scrambled eggs. My daughter ate three platefuls.[p]Happy Egging,
