Mother's Day Menu?
To the Eggsperts:[p]I am trying to create a Mother's day menu from my BGE. I will be serving approximately 12 and would like your suggestions on easy items sure to impress. We will eat early in the afternoon; so I am thinking something along the lines of brunch or lunch type food, and I would like to keep the costs beneath the filet mignon radar/beef tenderloin radar. What's your advice?[p]TIA,

Eggcitable One,[p]I did some pork spareribs last night (for the first time) and they were incredible! If you have the large BGE and a rib rack (or dual grill setup) you should have no problem cooking for 12. The ribs were easy, cooked within 3.5 hours, and turned out delicious. Impressed my wife and I am sure that they would do the same for your family. Put recipe, pics and description on my site.[p]Greg
