Our second cook was surpurb, we grilled a pair of fillets last night with a light seasoning of kosher salt and pepper. Drop them in the BGE and seared the 1-1 and then closed the lid for 4. Of course, there was the hickory and apple smokin away. A perfect meal again with the egg... [p]Good grillin to all...
