Well, E2K+1 is now in the books, and had such a blast. It was awesome seeing the ones returning from last year and meeting the new ones. Eggfest is truely a great idea...all the smells...all the wonderful tastes...the great company. Hat goes off to Dale and seasonal distributers for hosting yet another great weekend...one to always remmember!
I purchased the MINI (finally!!) and have chopped beef defrosting for some awesome burgers this evening. Thanx again everyone....you all have made Smokin' "BOOM BOOM" Todd(thanx Spin for that one) extremely happy! Central Jersey will be smokin and rockin from now owwwwwwwn!!
