Turkey success this weekend

Thanks to all of you who gave me guidance on cooking *The Bird*. A friend had requested that I prepare this for him and I was sooo nervous with a relatively slow cook, my second time, to present to someone. Went with the Puz (?) family recipe and it was OUTSTANDING. Not being too keen on turkey, I am now considering doing a breast this next weekend. Am wondering if there would be any value in using the Foster's Barbcue sauce for a breast???[p]Hope everyone in attendance had a wonderful time at Eggfest!
