Bob:[p]Yep, Cat is New York's best kept rib secret . . . Next thing you know there will be a restaurant named after her. Cat's Rib House!
-
Spin:[p]Thanks for posting the pictures. Looks like you all had a great time and shared plenty of good cooks. Makes me look forward to this fall in Atlanta.

New Bob,
Uhhhhhh, Bob...I don't know how to tell you this, but that's not a pizza. It does look like it thou-- pizza slicer, pizza pan and the way the coloring on top came out, it kinda looks like tomato sauce. It's actually naan, a stuffed Indian bread. They're supposed to be about 10-12 inches in diameter, but I forgot my rolling pin, and they ended up being rather small.[p]
-
bd,
And very good!
R&J
-
djm5x9,[p]Without a doubt...she is one classy act.
-
RhumAndJerk,
Hey! Thanks for the paprika. I used it on Saturday night as the prime ingredient in Wild Willy's rub. Can't wait to give it a try.
I missed the chicken kabobs! That does it...next time I'm not going to cook!
bd
-
bd,
Well, I'll be damned, sure as hell looked like a pizza to me. I was going to ask you for cooking instructions as it was just about the right size for my dinner. Thanks for the laugh, it's on me. hehehe
New Bob
-
Spin,
I really would like to take credit for the jerk chicken but I can't. That was done by my son Ken who is learning very well and rapidly about Egg cooking.
JimW
-
JimW,[p]My apologies to Ken. I knew he did it, but for the life of me could not remember his name and figured to take the safe route ;-). Thanks for the clarification.[p]Spin
