Went to the store to get some Steelhead Trout and saw some Wild caught Haddock with skin on. Impulse buy. In the past have only fried haddock, what else can i do with it?

Steeler Fan,[p] I found a recipe in Cuisine at Home that had smaller chunks of Haddock wrapped in Prosciutto like we wrap Scallops. Considering how good the Scallops I wrapped in prosciutto were I'd like to try the Haddock. Got to find some first

i like ground fish with tomatoes, this one had every thing. i have had good haddock parmasian at resteraunts, might be something to try on the egg
