A day in the life of an Egger

So we had a butcher shop finally open in the town I live in. I stopped in and bought a whole brisket instead of just a flat, along with some other goodies.[p]Saturday I put the brisket on early. That came off around 4pm or so and I decided that, what the heck, while the egg was hot I would go ahead and throw on a few bavarian garlic sausages I got from the butcher. A bit later I made room for a dish of 'cowboy beans' that usually benefits from a little smoke. [p]The Egg was still going strong when I pulled all of that mess off so I decided, what the heck, let's smoke a fattie.[p]Here it is Wednesday and we're still eating off of Saturday's cook...[p]RE
