I have a technical question for all the food/egg "technicians" out here ...
If you had two identical cuts of boneless pork loin, same size/shape weight, and one was stuffed Toad-style and the other not, and they were put on the egg at the same time, which one would reach 145 first, or would they be done at the same time?[p]Gratefully,
Peter
