Gimme One Good Reason

I signed up to attend the Florida Eggest in March. Well, I've had a hankerin' for a small egg for some time now, and I told the wife last night I could get a good deal on one at the fest. Rather than having to re-live the event, let's just say she wasn't as high on the idea as I was. As a newbie, I have exhasuted all the rationale I can muster to convince her. I need a really good reason, and I only have 27 days at the time of this posting to sway her opinion. Please help.
