A friend just dropped off a cooler of wild game. Can someone help with cooking instructions and recommended rubs/marinades for the following:[p]Deer

Kurt:[p]Adapting these meats to the grill, I would cook the lean meats at 400º/425º. The pork sholder I would remove the skin (if still on) and treat as if it were pork butt to be "low and slow" pulled pork.
