12:33 a.m. Steady as she goes..!! Boston Butt

8.77 lbs of Boston butt, on at 3:31 yesterday afternoon,dome temp at 80F dome, 1 hour later 220F, and rock steady for the next 8 hours...Cracking it open a hair and heading to bed. Should be bun ready by 10:00 a.m. tomorrow.
29 degrees outside and wind gusts to 29 mph...great Q weather.
