I'd been thinkin' 'bout this for some time, as there are a lot of new people to the forum. I believe it was last year about this time (Eggfest) that everyone was raving about a new recipe and not the type that first comes to mind when thinkin' BBQ.[p]Anyone know what I am thinkin' of?[p]It was Bambi's BAKED BANANAS BALINESE! Just wanted to pass this along to anyone who is going to do some outdoor entertaining and may not know about them - they are EXCELENT![p]I posted the link to the recipe below for anyone who is interested. I am thinkin' of trying the Grilled Sugar Dipped Pineapple recipe tonight.[p]Take Care,
