11:15 here anfd I have a 7.5 lb but on the large BGE.
My Pitminder Guru id blowing like H E double hockey sticks???
Temp set to 250 and reading id 206. It's 5 degrees here. Could it be frozen? Am I being crazy? 7.5 lb of meat is too much to waist!
