EGGCETERA
Options
I bought the EGGCETERA for the XL BGE. It thought it would be deeper. I was going to smoke a brisket, and put a water/drip pan on the EGGCETERA, just below the meat, but there is not much of a gap under the grill. Maybe a stupid question, but are you supposed to put the EGGCETERA between the fire box and fire ring? Any ideas or pictures? Thanks.

EarlM,[p] I am assuming you are referring to the XL Plate Setter. Some people put between the fire ring and firebox. Mine pretty much stays on top of the Fire Ring. I had bought some deep 18" Pizza Pan, but that took away from some of my cooking space.[p] Honestly now I just let it whatever drip onto the plate setter. It rolls off the edges into the edge of the lump below and burns off, or it just burns off as I cook. Though when I do briskets I may put the pan back in.
