Yeh I just posted a message about Beef Tenderloin. I just bought a med egg and tring to get used to cooking on it after years of cooking on the other kind I could use any help offered.

    Texas, Are you Texas Tom? Don't really need to know. 2 ways. Visit gfw's or tim's website for slow. My personal is direct at 650 degrees. Roll the tenderloin in extra virgin olive oil and put your spices on. Spray on more olive oil and let sit at room temp for 1 hour then cook. Sear all sides and then turn the tenderloin at your taste for done to medium rare. I don't want to throw a wrench in to things but Char Crust works great.
