Jerk Chicken tonight

Today I made Steve Raichen's (BBQ Bible Sauces, Rubs and Marindaes) Jerk Marinade while listening to some Bob Marley on the stereo. I jooked (hence jerk) some holes in some chicken drumsticks and have them marinating now in the fridge. These beauties will soak for about four hours and then be BGEed at abotu 300* direct over some grape wood.[p]MMMMMmmmm, I love spring.[p]Fritz
