Game turkey...rassberry/chippotly ..sweetwater 420
done lots of turkeys but not with this sauce...will I be able to crisp up the skin, using this sauce for basting or glazimg, using the a light dusting of the corn starch:....going to try around 300 with apple wood.will keep the machinery lubrecated with sweetwater 420....just going to put that baby down on the table and let everyone carve out whatever they want to eat, also, that sauce can be spread over either a block of cream or goat cheese.....makes a great spread on chips. anyother suggestions most welcomed. thanks to one and all....
