New Bob,[p]Tell us what you want to do with it. Use in a pot roast, make pulled beef, sliced thin for sandwiches, or sliced thicker like a London Broil?[p]Tim

Tim M,
I would like tender meat for dinner to go with vegtables, would like to try something different from the standard london broil and chuck roast. Loved the pork tenderloin I cooked last week but feel like beef again.
Thanks for any help.

New Bob,
Get a tri tip. Excellant cut of meat and extremely tender.

New Bob,[p]Stick with a better cut of beef, like an eye roast, small prime rib, and sirloin. These cuts have a bit more marblizing and tend to make a more tender and flavorful roast.[p]Spin
