Butt safety question
Fireball
Posts: 354
I think I know the answer. At six this morning my low and slow Boston Butt dome temperature was at 120 degrees, and the internal temp was at 89 degrees. (The internal temp was at 139 at night @ 9 pm) I restarted the lump and the dome temperature is within normal range. I think it is ok to continue this cook enjoy the pulled pork. Is this correct? Thank you for your answers.
