Easter Bonnet
Fireball

Those weather guys have been predicting thunder storms tonight for a couple of days now. Therefore, I went looking for a chimney flue cap for my medium. Home depot was out of stock. So I went to my local hardware store and found a $1.35 bargin. A six inch diameter 90 degree elbow. And best of all it fits very well over the daisy wheel. My pulled pork will be very happy tonight with Humpty wearing a new Easter bonnet. [p]I introduced my wife's hair dresser to real pulled pork a few days ago. I think I may have created a monster here. The next step is to introduce her to the wonderful world of the BGE. A good wekend to all.

Fireball, sounds like a good way to rainproof your medium, and also it might help in a super windy cook by rotating the elbow in a direction to minimize the gusts. We got dumped on last night, but so far, tonite is dry. Have a good weekend too, and we'll see ya in aug.
later, ChefRD
