<p />Babyray,[p]It's funny you posted that msg. I am doing a rack of baby backs direct with JJ's rub as we type. I am burning on some sauce now and should be eating at 7:30pm est. The picture shows an earlier direct cook and Nature gave you the link. I held mine to 200-220 deg for 4 hrs and the meat temp is about 180 so it won't be much longer. Yummy - I hav ebumped the dome temp to 250-275 to burn the sauce a little.[p]Tim
