Thanks to Gfw for Teriyaki Steak recipe. (He got it from Pat O'Brien)I am using it on a center cut Chuck Roast. The marinade is one third Teriyaki sauce, one third pineapple juice, and one third burgundy wine. Everything is in the fridge doing it's thing until Wednesday afternoon when it goes on the egg for a low and slow. Yum, pulled beef, Yum. The new mini has it own small table. Now I need a larger patio.
