I talked to Ed Fisher this afternoon about the broken rivet on my small band. He apologized for the bother and then lined up a replacement free of charge. Ed was very professional and proved again he stands behind his product!

Ed has been that way for the 23 yrs I have known and have had dealings with him. No other company provides customer service/satisfaction as does BGE.
