The problem in the summer is those darn customers throw money at me to do catering and now we have a restaurant to boot :( I'd like to get out more, the last contest we did was 2004 which is far to long ago. Our Bay area class has the most paid deposits of any of our spring 2007 classes and will probably be the first to sell out.[p]Konrad

Why not go to the egg-fest and call it a field trip. You could teach the students how to cook and they would enjoy the social interaction, too! If I was taking a course I would think that would be great.... to cook food on the eggs and give out samples and network. Just my 2 cents worth. If they didn't have a good time you could offer a rain check! Just a little egg-speriment :=)[p]Happy Egging, Pharmeggist

Chris,[p]You should have seen the hate mail I got a couple years back when I dared to suggest that Ceramic cookers were better for high temps than a certain popular bullet smoker. Although the single most important variable is still the cook, in my as always not humble opinion.[p]Konrad
