Grilling l l/2 inch steaks using 700 degree 2-2-7 method for 4 guests. Some want em med-rare, some med-well. What is best way to satisfy all?

    Babyray, You can do it two ways...either delay entry of the medium rare, or put em all on at the same time and leavy the Medium well on for another 4 to 5 minutes in your "Dwell" rest after removing the Medium rare!
