    AlaskanC,
It's really embarassing how easy it is. Buy flour and make the dough like it says on the bag. I added ground fennel and herbs to the dough. And a touch of troufle oil.[p]Then after you roll it out pour the pizza sauce out of a jar on 1/2. Then I added chopped jalapenos, mushroom, sausage(pre-heated in the micro for 2 minutes and it was the cooked smoked kind) then added the pepperroni and cheese. Fold it over and smash it shut.[p]I use a super peel so getting it on and off is a cinch. However if you build it on parchment paper you can also transfer it easy back and forth. Just watch for fire through the top. My paper got charred but did not ignite.[p]Have fun!! I made one for each of us and they all were different.

    BENTE,
Thanks for the kind words, but I'm afraid I wouldn't make bump on a Kings butt when compared to some of the guys on here.

I just need you to come over and take the pictures! It's hard to focus with beer and tri-focals!

ronbeaux,[p]Thanks for the tips! I am definitely adding calzone to the ever growing list of "must cook" foods![p]Now I just need to find some parchment paper - I bet I can order some off amazon....
  • AlaskanC,
Parchment paper should be in your local grocery. Usually in the alum foil / plastic wrap area...

Mr Saban,[p]Thanks for the tip.... however.... I live in a very tiny town on an island in Alaska, and the stores here don't carry it. The last time I asked about it, they took me over to the waxed paper. :([p]don't get me started on trying to get a brisket.... lol....

    AlaskanC,
Throw a little corm meal on the stone just before you put on the bread. Works just as good and won't stick.
