The BGE worked to perfection. The chicken that I cooked for lunch was the best I have made in years. No Flare-ups, chicken not burnt, just toooo gooooood!![p]I fired the Egg up to 400 and the put the chicken on direct. Filled the grill up with chicken and settled it down to 300-350. Turned the chicken every 15 to 20 minutes. Worked out well.[p]I am impressed every time I continue to use the Egg.[p]Redneck
