One-handed dome closing with locking hinge!

I came up with a way to relase my mini's locking hinge with the same hand I close the dome with. This way, I don't spill the food while trying to trip the latch with the edge of the plate :-)[p]After this, there are some photos showing a foot-operated release for the hinge on the medium and large eggs..
