Hello-any suggestion on how to do a 4 pound 3 inch thick porterhouse=thanks.

  • If u r wondering why no response. This link is for issues on the use of this Forum. Recommend that you go to Club Egg for answers in the future. On the steak, I'd Trex it and then roast it as the temp comes down. Checking the the internal temp frequently.
