Three Egg Dinner & Italian Sausage Calzones Tommorrow
Fireball
Posts: 354
In egg three, the mini, I roasted garlic to be included in the Italian Sausage Calzones for Sunday dinner. In egg two, was a cast iron dutch oven full of baked beans (baked for 3.5 hours) which included a large ammount of pulled porked. The beans turn out Yummy Yummy. In egg one, one and one half inch pork chops grilled to an internal temperature of 142. The veggie of the day was Gingered Carrots. OH NO! I forgot dessert. To have a well balanced meal, it may take at least three eggs.
