Cooking ribs on the inverted V rack.
Justin
Posts: 35
I'm cooking some ribs. They are stacked vertically on the V rack which is inverted. There is about a 50 degree difference between the grid temperature and the dome temperature.[p]Should I flip the ribs a few times to account for this?

Justin,[p]I cook ribs all the time on the inverted v-rack and I never flip. They come out great everytime.

Tiger Tony,
Just did three racks on a v-rack. Used the 3/1/1.5 method and did not rotate the ribs except for the removal for wraping in foil and unwraping in foil. They came out beautifully. Just make sure you're indirect on the ribs for the bulk of the time.
