pizza stone
My wife got me a pizza stone for christmas. other than pizza what can it be used for? Can it be used for an indirect cook? what temps can it withstand? Does it need to be seasoned before first use? I do know not to use soap to clean it, is there any suggestions you can give me?[p]Thanks and Happy New Year

Tazmaniancowboy,
Are you from down under? I would only use the p-stone for pizza. An indirect may drip a lot of stuff that may not be to your liking when doing your celebrated pizza. I just scrape whatever is left and leave the stone in there as D'egg cools.[p]Phil, D P-pie Duck
