Thanks for the help everybody on fixing a jerk grouper - especially you bobby que. This was the first grouper and the first jerk I've everdone. I ran out of time and cheated. I used a bottled jerk - Vernon's Jerk. I marinated the grouper in it for an hour. Added a little cooking oil on both sides so it would come off the grill easy. [p]I put it on a 350* fire with some apple chips thrown on for good measure. I cooked each side for 7-8 minute or so and the result was heaven. My kid gave it a rave.[p]I gotta try more of this Jerk stuff. [p]Again thanks Bobby que for turning me on to grouper and jerk. nice combo. [p]
