For our usual (and always interesting) family gathering today, I was asked to "fix something on the grill". I just don't have the energy anymore to explain the difference between Egg and grill so I just let it go! [p]I made a couple of very simple pork tenderloins smoked over apple and hickory wood. Because of some family member's food allergies, I did the pork with no rub or marinade. I cooked them at 250 degrees to a temp of 160, wrapped in foil, and into the cooler. Got more compliments than a normal human should ever get. Dang! The ego is getting out of hand!
