Dome temp is holding at 350, iced the breasts, put the butter and herb spread on and the tukey is cooking, I put a full load of maple leaf charcoal on and the aroma from that is amazing let alone the herbs and butter on the turkey. Got the Large 48 hours ago and this is my third cook on it, I'm having a blast.....THE EGG ROCKS!!!!![p]Merry Christmas To everyone [p]
