Does anyone have tips (temp and cooking time) for a 7lb beef tenderloin on the Egg??? Thanks.

    ETG,[p]Mad Max has a recipe at www.dizzypigbbq.com under "Customer Recipes" section.[p]If you want to keep it simpler - rub it, 350 dome, indirect until internal temp is where you like it (it rises 5-10 degrees during the rest).[p]Woody
