Valrico EGG,[p]Holly Font Size Batman!!![p]Turn it into pastrami, or cook as is. Indirect at 250* for about 5-6 hours. Pull it at an internal temp of 160*-170*. Slice thin... Good stuff...

Wardster,
Agreed, I made pastrami three weeks ago and it was he best I have had since Ken's at Copley in the sixties. [p]I had a Bison pastrami rubin in Colorado last week and that was excellent too.

Valrico EGG,[p] I like to cut into smaller chunks and put it in some foil along with some cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions and dab of butter.[p] Bake the package indirect at 350 till the potatoes soften up. Usually about an hour. You could open the foil some the lst few minutes to give package some smoke.[p] Yumm!!![p] Could you hit that cap lock key one time?? Stike doesn't like to be yelled at..
