i just picked up a crown roast of pork. (prime rib of the pig) any ideas on the best way to cook it. i thought about a good brining, slathering on my favorite rub, then roasting on the egg at 325 till internal temp of 160-165'. serving it up with some garlic mashed potatoes, fresh green beans with fresh cranberries and almonds. a loaf of crusty sourdough bread with bottle of petiete sirah. any other ideas would be helpfull!! ken
