Cooking for friends partys

Just getting ready to put a couple butts on for our equine vets Christmas party. The party is Friday night, but I'm cooking them tonight and will vac seal tommorrow in small packages that he can reheat as needed. It really is a good feeling when people ask me if I will cook for thier partys. -RP
