Monk fish, poor man's lobster. Great Stuff. Check out the link. It can be adapted to the EGG very easily. If you click on recipes once in the link you can scroll down to monk fish and see other ways to prepare it.

We love poor man's lobster, and cook it often. check out those recipes that JJ posted a link to to give you ideas for seasonings. I usually make a paste with mustard, citrus splash or lime juice, a little oil, and seasoings to your taste.....we like a ginger/corriander.onion powder based rub. You could use lemon-pepper, or whatever you like. Rub the paste on no longer that an hour os so before cooking.[p]I like a direct grill at 350-400 for a few minutes a side until firm. Fish absorbs smoke quickly, so use a mild wood like alder or a fruitwood if you use any. I don't use smoking wood as the lump provides al the smoke that I like in fish. [p]Enjoy. It is a unique and delicious fish.
