Buckboard Bacon Question

I've read about Buckboard Bacon on the forum and have decided to make some. I started curing 4 de-boned Butts last night. Now that I have them curing I want to make sure I did do something I'll regret (second guessing myself). Due to the number of butts I put them all in one plastic bag and placed the bag in the fridge. I plan on rotating the bag on the 5th day. Should I have placed the butts in individual bags? Do I need to do anything special?

Thanks your all of your help,
