Curry Barbecue??

Years back I began working on a recipe I use with salmon. Rub it in sort of a curry rub (galangal, tumeric, cumin, corriander seeds, peppercorns). Brown in pan in olive oil. Make a sauce with sauteed onions, lemon juice, coconut milk, cayenne and some of the curry rub, and maybe some mustard.[p]Anyways, I want to come up with a similar recipe that can be egged. Also, with some minor variations, would like to come up with a barbecued coconut curry chicken recipe (no, not another chicken recipe!)[p]So, has anyone experimented with a curry-type rub for Qing?
Any good recipes for curry rubs?[p]Thanks for any ideas/experiences.

    Nature Boy,
I have exactly what you need. It is a Thai Chicken Satay. I have not made it in years, but it was very, very good. I made the Thai Curry Paste for it fresh. I will find the recipe when I get home. Yum, Yum, Yum. You just reminded me of good it was.[p]Happy Currying,
RhumAndJerk[p]P.S. It did not go well with Jagermeister.
