well i went to atlanta and went to my mom's had a great time but on the way home i figured i did not have enough turkey and dressing sooooo. i went to the local publix (best store ever HERE!!!) and they had already cut up all the fresh turkey's and i was thinking turkey sandwitch so i looked around found my meat guru and they had cut up all the turkey's twenty minuets(sp)before i got there so i bought two turkey brest's and made a call to max and asked what to do with them i though about just grilling then max said "just don't try to ice the brest (i think he though i was crazy) and i thought about it and figured i REALLY was stupid So here is my portfolio
i started it the same way with a little diffrent i added panchetta across the top
