Nontraditional Turkey this Year

My family and I got invited to Thanksgiving dinner so I did not cook a turkey yesterday but I had one defrosting in the refrigerator. So, I decided to take a nontraditional direction with the turkey this year. I cut it up into the following parts:[p]Breasts - Currently brining for turkey pastrami.
Legs and Wings - Will be grilled as is with rub.
Thighs and Tenderloins - Deboned and cut up. Skewered for turkey teriyaki. Marinating in teriyaki sauce today.[p]I am going to start cooking it up tonight. [p]The family was worried about being deluged with leftovers. Hopefully, this will provide enough variety that they won't even notice.
