Well what's better than a Mad Max Turkey on Thanksgiving? How about 2!!![p]Here is where I am so far in the day. Dinner is gonna be served around 7:00.[p]
The Stock is on[p]
The birds were brined all night[p]
The XL is all set up with a great little way to do multiple birds[p]The birds were loaded up with great flavors. This is a 20 pounder and a 13 pounder.[p]
All buttered up and ready to go...not iced yet but I didn't follow directions so I had to do some patchwork after the ice bags came off.[p]
Thanksgiving has officially begun!![p]I'll update this post later as it progresses.

I noticed your plate setter is not in the legs up position, I guess you have a larger one so that it actually fits over the firebox as apposed to sitting directly on top. Interesting setup, it looks as if your setup is going to produce some good tasting turkey.
