Ground three pounds fresh pork shoulder in kitchen aid and mixed in polish sausage seasoning. Cooked patties direct at 250 degree dome on small egg for one hour turning every fifteen minutes. Nice light outer crust (bark) and moist inside. Baked beans and potato salad along side. Good eats as the egg works its wonders again. No smoke tonight, just lump. Painter[p][p][p][p][p][p]
