It\'s done...early...now what???...
So, I put a 20lb bird on at 4am. Cooked it til about 5 minutes ago. The timer has popped and the temps are where they should be to a little high. My only error was the temp got up a little (for about 2 hours) to 385. The bird looks great, nothing burned.
But, my question is What in the hay can I do to keep it nice and warm for a 12:30pm serving? Can I wrap it in foil and put it in a cooler for 2-3 hours?
I'm one of those that doesn't like cold turkey. (and I don't care if it slices great or not).
Help!!! thanks in advance!!
