I have a beef round bottom round roast that is about 5 pounds. I want to cook it so that I can have "pulled beef." Is this a good cut of meat to do this? If so, how do I cook it and to what internal temperature? Also should I coat it with JJ's or a memphis rub?
Thanks in advance.

maddawg, I did one myself last weekend!! Check out Tim M, and GFW's websites under links on the home page. They both have great ideas and explain things very well. One uses Memphis rub and one JJ's so that's up to you. Go to pulled beef on GFW's and the pull down menu on Tim M's. Happy Egging!! Lisa
